YOGA

Gentle Practice:
This is for anyone and everyone. If you think yoga is intimidating, pause, take a breath....
This practice is offered at a slightly slower pace, taking the time to explain the ins and outs of any poses we attempt. This is a gentle unfolding and yet an incredible confidence booster.

Injury and Re-Alignment Classes:
This practice is ideal for anyone with a present or previous injury, whether it be a car accident, or sport injury. I will make your practice as specific as possible to re-align your body, mind and heart.

Yoga for the REAL MAN:
Just trust me on this one... You will feel supported, restored and expanded with this passive stretch session. Perfect for any guy who "thinks he's not flexible enough to try yoga"

Pregnancy and Pre & Postnatal Classes:
This class is what every pregnant woman needs. Allow the sweet support of your breath and poses to calm and quiet any unknowns. You will feel both relaxed and rejuvenated after this class-the best gift you could give your baby.

Senior Practice:
This practice is offered to our community above the age of 65, a personal stretch session-shorter time and special price, $50.00 for 45 minutes.

Yoga Intensive:
For the beginner or experienced practitioner, this intensive is perfect for deepening your practice and bringing yoga off the mat and into your everyday life. This intensive consists of three 1 hour Private Yoga Lessons per week over four weeks, a total of 12 lessons at a Cost of $870.00 (a savings of $150.00).

PILATES

Pilates was designed to create a healthy body, mind and life. The Goal of Pilates is to create a natural flow of movement using the breath that builds strength without "bulking up", increases flexibility and agility, and creates flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong core that is challenging yet safe. It is performed on a mat or specialized equipment such as the reformer, trapeze and the barrel.
